Really. The closest you can get is "Ishichi." ...and that's why I'm proposing that every character in this issue was replaced by a duplicate from an alternate universe where the Japanese language is completely different and stalking is socially acceptable. Except for Etta, who seems to have stayed in character. Even with all the other messed up stuff that was apparently in this issue, I’m still struck by the fact that it is impossible to say “Ishti” in Japanese. Really.
