Okay, William “Billy” Kaplan (Wiccan) isn’t by birth, but he and his not-biological twin brother Thomas Shepherd (Speed) are the reincarnated fake magical children of Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) and Vision, who’s a robot. ^^
